2024 The Annual Fire Drill Evacuation Practice.

Dear RML Team,

The OCC Building Management will conduct "The annual fire drill evacuation Year 2024" on this Friday, 22 November 2024, according to the following schedule:

10.00 - 12.00 hrs.      Fire drill evacuation practice.

• The fire alarm will sound around the building during the fire drill evacuation practice activity, and passenger elevators with freight elevators will be temporarily suspended until the end of the practice.

• Please avoid from scheduling any meetings during this time as we courage everyone to participate in this practice. 

• As soon as the fire alarm sounds, please evacuate to L1 floor using fire exit walkways. Remember, elevators must not be used until the drill is complete.

• Please walk carefully through the fire exit and proceed to the assembly point where the HR team will be waiting. Gather there so we can confirm your attendance.
