2025 Performance Evaluation

As we approach the year-end, it’s time to begin the 2025 Performance Evaluation process. This year’s evaluation will consist of 2 main parts as outlined below:
1. Competencies Evaluation
Each employee is required to complete the self-assessment section first.
After that, please schedule a discussion with your immediate supervisor to review and finalize the final competency score together.
2. Individual KPIs
You may revise your Individual KPIs from the version submitted to HR at the beginning of the year.
Please ensure that your KPIs are aligned with your actual work, projects, and activities carried out during 2025.
Note: The company will not include Corporate KPIs in this year’s evaluation due to external and internal factors that have affected the company’s overall performance and made it impractical to measure accurately.
Important: Employees who joined on or after 1 September 2025 and have completed their probation within this year are not required to complete the PA evaluation. Their performance will be based on their Probation Evaluation scores.
Submission Instructions
Please download the Performance Appraisal Form from the link below and choose the form that matches your Job Level.
Save and name your file using the following format:
Format: 2025 Performance Appraisal Form_Department_JobLevel_Name Surname
Example: 2025 Performance Appraisal Form_HR_Manager_Nujjarin Traijumrusrut
Submit your completed form in the designated shared folder by 21 November 2025.
Department representatives are requested to assist in collecting all submissions and make sure all submissions are complete by the deadline.
Heads of Department are requested to ensure that the final scores of all employees under their department have been reviewed and approved before submitting the forms to the shared folder.
