🔥🚨 2025 The Annual Fire Drill Evacuation Practice 🚨🔥

Dear RML Team,

The OCC Building Management will conduct "The annual fire drill evacuation Year 2025" on Friday, 7 November 2025, according to the following schedule:

10.00 - 12.00 hrs.      Fire drill evacuation practice.

• During this time, the fire alarm will sound throughout the building, and both passenger and freight elevators will be temporarily suspended until the practice ends.

• Please avoid scheduling any meetings during this period, as we encourage everyone to actively participate in the drill.

• Once the alarm sounds, please evacuate to the L1 floor using the fire exit stairways. Remember, elevators must not be used until the drill is complete.

• Please walk carefully through the fire exits and proceed to the assembly point, where the HR team will be waiting to record attendance.
