Annual Health Check-up 2024

Dear All,

We have selected Samitivej Hospital for employees’ annual health check-up. The check-up period starts from 1 October 2024. The checkup programs are attached for your attention and kindly see below details for your further information:

1. All employees are entitled to the annual checkup, except employees who start working from 1 January 2024 onwards.

2. Checkup period: 1 October – 30 November 2024 only.

3. Kindly do your checkup during the weekend or day off.

4. Please present your ID card / Passport along with you.

5. Fast 8 hours prior to the medical examination.

6. Please make an appointment 3 days in advance.

7. The Company will not absorb any expenses that are beyond our STANDARD checkup list.

8. Exclusive only to your family will get the check-up price same as employee rate.
