Dear RML Team, 

I'd like to ask everyone to use the client area meeting rooms only when meeting with clients. 

All internal meetings should be conducted within our office area unless there are capacity issues. This not only ensures privacy but also encourages teamwork by providing a space for collaboration. 

We truly appreciate your understanding.  If you have any queries or issues, please contact the HR department.
